Package Price Builder

Build program prices based on multiple items, like tuition, meals, admin and material fees, and more.

Overview

When configuring the price of a program, the package price builder allows you to list individual components and specify a transaction category for each.

For example: If lodging is enabled for a program, the price presented to the guest is the sum of the package builder items plus the person's choice of lodging.

You may choose to list the package builder items on the guest statement or to display only the total.

Programs

For example, if the base price for the Come Alive program pricing is comprised of tuition, meals, and a materials fee, these items may be listed in the package price builder with each item assigned to a transaction category.

The package builder price will be added to the choice of lodging to determine the registration total.

You may choose to display the total registration amount on the guest statement or display the package price builder line items.

Settings > Pricing > Package Price Builder

Once enabled, go to:
Settings > Website > Program Settings > Show package builder transactions on guest statement
