Forgot your password? Need to change your password?

As an authorized Retreat Guru software user, you have a username and a password. These are initially configured by your site administrator.

Change your password

It is best practice to change your password at least every 90 days. Always use a strong password, one that is at least 12 characters long and includes upper and lower case letters, numbers, and one or more special characters like ! $ % ^ ? )

Log into Retreat Guru and click on your name in the upper right corner of the window.

In this example, my username is chrisdrala.

I'll click on chrisdrala to display my profile.

Click on Generate Password. Retreat Guru will suggest a new strong password.

Click on Reset Password to use the suggested strong password. Or, override the suggested strong password by typing in the New password box.

If the password you enter manually is deemed to be weak, a warning will be issued. Retreat Guru strongly recommends against the use of weak passwords. However, you may Confirm use of weak password if you wish.

Click on Update Profile to confirm the change.

I forgot or lost my password

From the login page, click on Lost your password?

A new dialog box will appear.

Enter your username or email and click on Get New Password. Retreat Guru will send an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

When you click on the link to reset, Retreat Guru will suggest a new strong password.

You may override the suggested strong password by typing in the New password box.
