Overview
Remote registration allows people outside of your internal team to add people into a specific program and make or adjust room assignments. This can be a helpful tool if you rent your facility out to other retreat leaders so they have more ability to manage their specific program. With this, you still have your administrative control and can monitor changes they make to a program to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Access Remote Registration for a program
Programs > (choose a program to Edit) > Advanced > Remote Reg for Group Leader.
The linked text Get group leader link+ (shown in the above image) is the link that you may provide to the group leader. This link will lead the group leader to the remote registration page.
When the group leader clicks on the plus sign next to a Lodging Type, a pop-up window will appear to allow entry of a new person.
To move an existing registration from one room to another, the group leader can click on the hamburger icon and drag the registration to a new room. If the new room is associated with a different Lodging Type, the price will be updated automatically when the move is complete.
If Remote Registration is used for a program, all room assignments and changes should be made using the Remote Registration form. That is, even your Registrars should use the Remote Registration form to enter new registrations and make changes to room assignments.
