To help attract more participants to your incredible events, please abide by our photo posting policy.
Include High-Quality Coloured Images
Clear photos which are full of colour and taken in natural lighting are best. Black and white or low lighting photos are not permitted.
Appropriate Size
Please add only horizontal (landscape) photos to your listings. We recommend 720px by 400px. If you add a smaller photo, they may appear blurry on the site and won't pass our review process. If your image is too wide the thumbnail on the registration page may look blurry.
No Text, Watermarks, Collages or Copyright
Having text or watermarks on a photo takes away from the beauty of the actual photo. Please don't upload photos with text or photo collages. Please use photos that you've captured or have the copyrights to.
No Black & White/Filtered Images
These distort natural colours. As humans, we are naturally drawn to nature, so the more authentic and real a photo looks, the better! Although logos are allowed, we highly suggest that you feature your first photo to be of the location, venue or authentic participant experiences.
