Participant Roster

Create a dynamic list of participants to share with teachers and program leaders.

Common questions teachers ask include, "How many people have registered for my program?" Or, "Has (name) registered yet?"

Providing this service is important, and time-consuming for your registrars.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could provide a link so the teacher can check themselves, as often as they like, 24 hours per day?

Enable the Participant Roster

To enable the Participant Roster for a program, go to Programs > (choose a program to edit) > Advanced > Participant Roster and check the box to Enable roster.

Choose questions for the participant roster

See Create or Edit Registration Questions for more information.

Go to Questions > (choose a question to edit) > Reporting and check the box next to Add to Participant Roster.

Admin-only questions do not appear on the Participant Roster.

View the participant roster

To view the Participant Roster for a program, go to Programs > (choose a program to edit) > Advanced > Participant Roster and click on Participant roster ...

Each column represents a Question that has been selected to appear on the Participant Roster (see the above section, Choose questions for the Participant Roster). Click on Print Options to choose columns for display.

To obtain the Participant Roster for a program, go to Programs > (choose a program to edit) > Advanced > Participant Roster and click on Get participant roster link +

This is the link that you may share. Anyone with this link can view a dynamic list of program participants - it is continually updated to include the latest information.
